PHYSICAL THERAPIST RECRUITING

Concentra Physical Therapy was founded in 1992 and is managed by Physical Therapists.  Concentra PT is a blend of local practices within a national operation.  With more than 13 years of experience as a premier provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, we give you an opportunity to practice in your community while having instant access to our corporate support and experience.

Concentra Physical Therapy utilizes early intervention to deliver dramatic positive results for our patients.  The referring physician, the therapist, and the patient create a synergy focused on one goal: quality care that results in a speedy recovery from the musculoskeletal injury.  The vast majority of our more than 300 medical centers include physical/occupational therapy departments as part of our standard suite of services.  Employers consistently choose Concentra rehabilitative services for their employee-patients.

Concentra sponsors an APTA-credentialed, post-professional manual therapy program through the Manual Therapy Institute, offers tuition reimbursement for approved transition DPT programs, and annual continuing-education assistance.  We also offer clinical and management
career paths.

The Clinical Track:  The clinical track designates therapist positions at the center level based on skill sets and specializations.  Clinical specialists are skilled therapists who have met Concentra's standards for clinical specialist status and are approved by the Concentra
selection committee.

The Management Track:  Concentra's philosophy is to promote from within.  Management opportunities range from being therapy director at a Concentra Medical Center to positions at the national level as a member of the Concentra senior leadership team.  All Concentra therapy managers maintain active clinical practice involvement.

Concentra Physical Therapists embrace our philosophy of early intervention and offer the following services:

  • Interviewing the patient to determine essential work and daily functions required by
    the patient
  • Formulating individualized treatment plans, with an emphasis on self-responsibility, to achieve goals to maximize functional improvement
  • Reassessing and directing treatment routinely to improve function and get patients back to work and life.  Concentra therapists work closely with physicians to provide a true team approach.  Therapist opinions and recommendations are strongly considered when establishing activity restrictions or considering adjunct testing or consultations

Concentra Physical Therapy offers career assistance and support in the following areas:

  • Tuition reimbursement to approved DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) programs
  • APTA-credentialed Manual Therapy Certification
  • $1,000 CEU per year, and up to 3 days off annually for participation in recognized courses

As a Concentra Physical Therapist you will treat a variety of occupational, sports, and general injuries, while treating every patient on a personal level with the highest quality of patient care.

Concentra is an equal opportunity employer.
